Everything was really good, gorgeous hotel, the location was incredible close enough to the best restaurant in town, actual caves and the beautiful sunset point. The room was neat and unique, really enjoyed the clean bathroom it had. The double room is authentic and has a flat screen TV, a sitting area and a study table. The breakfast is particularly good and incredible, and the location is marvellous not far from the bus station as well as a fairy chimney that was beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The staff is really kind and very, very nice, that's an advantage,.

Amazing views, excellent on-site Turkish bath, cozy atmosphere
The lighting in the room could be better!!! More seating options are needed in common areas for lounging!!! Would love to see the addition of a pool for relaxation!!!

The panoramic views from the terrace are amazing, and the lush breakfast spread was good. The room could use some maintenance as the shower didn't work well and there were issues with lighting. It was a charming stay with wonderful staff.

Charming Stay with Fine Views
We enjoyed three nights in a lovely stone room, witnessing amazing balloon landscapes every morning. Emre and Zaza at the front desk were helpful, while the breakfast service was good. Make sure to try the local delicacies offered at breakfast. They enhance the stay!

I loved the unique cave room. It seemed like a fairytale. The view from the terrace was fine, especially during sunrise. Breakfast was a nice selection of tasty Turkish dishes. The staff were very cute and friendly. Zaza and Emre were fantastic hosts, always ready to help. There were issues with the tours. I booked a balloon ride that got canceled unexpectedly. The communication about costs was confusing. I ended up paying more than initially agreed for airport transfers. This added some stress to our stay. Despite this, the friendliness of the staff and their efforts to make us comfortable were a highlight.

wonderful stay but outdated security
The stone room was a true highlight, giving a unique cave experience. The view during breakfast was fine, with fresh bread, made mornings enjoyable.
The CCTV system looked quite old, which raised some concerns about security.
